Life and Style - as featured on BeautyFit.com

A massive hello to all the beauties from around the world!! As you would know from reading my profile I am one of the Beauties from Australia and am so proud to be a part of such an amazing team. Since the first day I have never felt so welcome, I love my new family and support network and look forward to sharing my knowledge, experiences and advice with you all. Nothing makes me happier than to be able to do this, to give is the greatest gift!
I honestly do have a lot to tell after my 7 years of competing in the but I think the best thing to do is to start with where I am at the moment and where I plan to go. I have recently moved back to Western Australia after moving away for a year. It has been 5 months and I have only recently managed to get back into my routine. Winter sickness, injuries and lack of motivation had me inconsistent from time to time with my training and eating.

Don’t get me wrong, the gains that I have made and the shape change in my body over the last 5 months has been more drastic than I could ever imagine. Although at times I didn’t stick to my exact plan I still ate clean healthy foods and I still made it to every weight session throughout the week. The cardio sessions were my downfall. Finding the motivation to get up when I knew the crazy cardio session that was ahead of me was extremely difficult once I was knocked out my routine. I guess to the average person the training and eating I was doing was more than enough, but now I am a professional everything MUST be at the highest of standards. The Pressure??? I feel it!! I always had high expectations for myself but now at this level it’s serious. I am amongst my idols, I am representing amazing companies and also have my own amazing girls that I coach whom look up to me. There is no time for mistakes but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
The biggest turning point was setting myself a goal and a date. Goal setting is vital to keep you on track with all aspects of your life. You need to hold yourself accountable for your own results. Do not blame anyone else but yourself!
Late October this year I have set myself some photo shoots for my portfolio and also for my job. I work for one of Australia’s leading supplement companies, Muscle Worx, as sales and promotions manager. My greatest passion in my role, alongside my best friend Nina Silic, is Muscle Worx for her. We love inspiring women to get into the gym, achieve their goals and also educate them on supplements. It is very satisfying to have such a rewarding job in a very fast growing company amongst amazing people.
So the count down is on until my photo shoots in October – November and the motivation is definitely back. Full steam ahead!! I will be sure to keep you all updated and share some important tips and reasons why my shape is starting to change.. A little hint for now?? IT’S A LIFESTYLE!!!
Much love to you all xoxoxox
